Terms of Service

WappyHQ (the "Service") is operated by William Thomas Renaud, professionally known as "Wappy Flanker," based in Henderson, Nevada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wappyflanker.com. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service includes livestream embeds that may contain mature content, an open community forum, and direct messaging between users. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know at wappyflanker@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One account per person — don't create accounts to evade a ban or impersonate someone else.

You may optionally connect your own Kick account from the Account page to chat as yourself in a streamer's mirrored chat. That connection is governed by Kick's own terms in addition to these ones, and you can disconnect it at any time.

3. Content you post

Community posts, comments, poll votes, chat messages, direct messages, and any images or clips you upload are yours — you keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you grant WappyHQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your posts in the community forum or your chat messages in a stream's chat panel). Posts, comments, and public chat messages are visible to other visitors; direct messages are visible only to the people in that conversation and to administrators for moderation purposes as described below.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Attempt to bypass the 18+ content gate or age requirement above
• Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights
• Scrape, spam, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service

4. Moderation

Administrators may remove posts, comments, or chat messages, and may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, at their discretion and without prior notice. Direct messages aren't routinely moderated, but may be reviewed if reported or required to investigate abuse.

5. Third-party content

Live streams are embedded directly from Kick using Kick's own public player, and each stream's chat mirrors that streamer's real, public Kick chatroom. WappyHQ isn't affiliated with Kick and isn't responsible for content that originates there. Links to external sites (a streamer's socials, for example) are provided for convenience and aren't endorsed by WappyHQ.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WappyHQ and William Thomas Renaud won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or your access to it, at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
